Privacy Policy

This policy covers true-compass.ai, the marketing site for True-Compass.AI. It does not cover our individual products, which each have their own policy — those are linked at the bottom.
What this site collects
Very little. This is a static site with no accounts, no login, and no database.
The contact form
The contact form on this site has no backend. When you press send, your browser opens your own email program with the message already written. Nothing is transmitted to us, or to any third party, until you send that email yourself — and at that point it travels by ordinary email, not through this website.
If you would rather not use the form, email us directly at dlowry@true-compass.ai. It reaches the same place.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no session or behavioral tracking of any kind. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard web server logs. Those logs typically include the IP address of the request, the browser's user agent string, the page requested, and the time. This is ordinary infrastructure logging used to serve the site and diagnose problems. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. That request is subject to Google's privacy policy, not ours.
Email you send us
Messages you send are received in a standard business email inbox and kept as ordinary business correspondence, for as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email dlowry@true-compass.ai and we will action it.
Our products
The applications we build are separate from this site and carry their own privacy policies:
GovFleet.AI is deployed for individual dealership clients; its handling of data is governed by the agreement with that client.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
